experimental self portrait

needed a facelift (winks@peachy)

looked at a few refs for the silhouette of my face, then went nuts, i've wanted to do this image for a long time, put onto canvas what i feel represents me more than a straight portrait or photo ever would, interpretations are probably best left to the viewer though, as we haven't got that much time hehe *twitch*

Wow, the guts of the machine are so smooth as well as the painting in its entirety. This painting style is a lot crisper than what I've seen before and its gorgeous! And in 10 hours? I like the spin on how you portray yourself, its very thought provoking. I love the label and markings on the side of the tank a lot.

There is no crit for this, its so wonderful. I especially love the little flares. I can kind of imagine the warmth from the light and not being able to see the surroundings because of its glare.
